3 cups sifted
flour
4 tablespoons baking powder
water
fat for deep frying
¼ tablespoon salt
Mix all ingredients with sufficient water to make a stiff dough. Place it in a covered bow! And let sit 30 minutes to 1 hour. Pinch off small balls of dough and work out into about a 5-inch circle.
