Visit with Grandparents (Contd)

What a day! We drove 1.5 hours to Fry’s Electronics, which is basically the perfect spot for Aunt Debbie to teach us more crochet in the car. Nathan is already doing multiple rows like a pro, and we’re both having a blast—who knew yarn could be so exciting?

At Fry’s, Aunt Debbie scored the camera she’s been hunting for, so victory! From there, we hit Panera for food, then Barnes & Noble to look at magazines—Grandpa got so into it we left him there like a human bookmark while we sneaked off to a huge mall and the children’s museum. The critter room and obstacle course were definite highlights, though I’m pretty sure some of the obstacles were plotting revenge for being climbed on.

Back home, we went swimming, had supper, and got back to crocheting. We’re having such a great time with Aunt Debbie—she’s officially our favorite chaos coordinator.
