Keeping Christ at the Center When Christmas Looks Different

This year has been especially hard on our family due to the ongoing financial recession, and the Christmas season has only amplified those challenges. Our kids understand that there isn’t extra money for gifts this year, and we’ve signed them up to receive one gift each through a local charity.

While this season looks different for us, it has made me reflect even more deeply on what Christmas truly means.

So here’s my question for you this week:
How do you keep the focus on Christ at Christmas rather than on gifts?
