Meal plan

I don’t assign nights as I like to have a little freedom to cook what I want or what I have time for.

Spaghetti, Bread sticks, salad
Chicken legs (recipe below), rice, broccoli, corn
Baked Ziti
Lasagna, garlic bread, salad
Ground Beef Stroganoff
Shepherd's Pie

Chicken LegsChicken legs
4 Tbs melter butter
Mixed together in a bowl
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 teas paprika
1 teas garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Remove skin from chicken legs, Melt butter/ then dip the chicken legs in the melted butter, roll the legs in the bread crumb mixture, Baked in a greased pan for an hour at 350 degrees
