Quacky Baseball: A Review

TITLE:  Quacky Baseball

AUTHORS:  Peter Abrahams

ILLUSTRATOR:  Frank Morrison

PUBLISHER: Harper Collins

My Thoughts:  This is a sporting children’s book for ages 3-8 is an adorable picture book describing Thumby, a nervous little rookie, and his first try at Baseball.  Delightfully illustrated this story sneaks in some baseball tips for your young baseball player.  This is a great book for a parent reading to a child considering exploring baseball.

Publisher's Synopsis:  It's opening day at the ballpark, and Thumby Duckling is nervous. He hopes it won't be one, two, three strikes, he's out! Trailing by three in the bottom of the ninth, the Webbies are counting on Thumby to save the day. Can Thumby shake his jitters and show his team that he's a star player?
From Peter Abrahams and Frank Morrison comes the story of one duck's quest to make it in the big leagues

Disclaimer:  I received a copy of this book free of charge in exchange for my honest opinion.
