  1. I am not much of one for making cassaroles. When I was growing up we always had one that was a mixture of peas, hamburger, and crushed tomatoes. It was pretty good but how you make it I have no clue.

  2. King Ranch Chicken!!!!!

    4 boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 can crm. chicken
    1 can crm. mushroom
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 can rotel
4 oz. sour cream (I use light)
    2 cups colby jack cheese
    2 tbsp of milk

Boil your chicken and cube, mix in with soups, rotel, sour cream, and 1/2 cheese mixture. Layer in greased pan: tortillas, chicken mixture, cheese and bake at 350 for 30 min.

  3. I have to admit we do not really make many since they usually require meat and dairy (we have a kosher kitchen). We do use the crock pot a lot and make lots of soups and things in it. Good luck finding new recipes - you may want to try allrecipes.com where you can search for items back on the ingredients you have on hand.

  5. Chicken and Rice

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can of water
1 soup can of instant rice
    cooked chicken

Mix all the ingrediants together in sauce pan and bring to simmer. Let simmer for ten minutes.

You can eat just like this, or add french's fried onions and also melted cheddar cheese if you family likes cheese

  7. My kids are not casserole fans, but they LOVE chicken tetrazzini. I'll give you the recipe if you are interested. Cheap to make, too.

  8. Oooh I love casseroles. I have a few on my blog. One of my requested casseroles is Cheeseburgers and Fries. It is so simple to make - just brown the meat, mix in some cans of soup, add in some veggies or rotel if you want to be healthy, top with frozen fries and bake for 40 minutes.

Cheesy Chicken and Brown Rice, Chicken Roll ups, and Chicken Spaghetti are also crowd pleasers. Definitely email me if you need recipes.

  10. Lately it has been Chicken Enchilada Casserole. Yum! I like to make a lot and freeze one pan so someday I don't have to cook when I get home!

  11. We love to eat chicken, broccoli, cauliflower & carrot casserole. Sorry, I know it had another name @ one time but...

    2 - 3 C cooked & chopped chicken or turkey
2 bags of frozen above mentioned veg, steamed (al dente)
2 cans cream of mushroom or broccoli or chicken or celery soup
    1 1/2 cans of milk
    pepper & salt to taste
    grated cheddar cheese
    bread crumbs

place cooked steamed veg in bottom of casserole dish that has been sprayed w/ cooking spray. Top w/ chicken. Mix soup, milk & seasonings. Pour mixture over chicken & veg. Then put grated cheddar (to taste) on top & sprinkle w/ bread crumbs. Bake @ 350 till hot & bubbly. (will depend on how warm ingredients are when put together!)

While casserole is cooking make brown rice. When casserole is done serve on top of rice!

    Enjoy!!
