Curried Spaghetti
Leftovers
Mexican Casserole
Chili & Crackers
Burgers, Beans & Coleslaw
Grandma's Casserole

Snacks:
Leftover Birthday Cake (there are two of them!)

Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Have you considered 'cutting' your meat with TVP? It is a safe natural source of protein, or Texturized Vegetable Protein. I am vegetarian so I love it as is but I know many people, as well as Wendys and I believe McDonalds, mix it in with their meat to save money. You can find it in health food stores, often in bulk, it is a tan colored granule.
Cute blog, and way to be proactive!

  2. you sound like me. I'd much rather have something healthier, but ground beef is the least expensive and it will feed everyone. I have to admit, I am so sick of it. haha
